With Our Modern Infrastructure

High-Volume Production

Technology-Assisted Production Process

With our automation-assisted production lines, extensive machinery park, and digital tracking systems, we manage all production processes with high efficiency and quality. Our infrastructure, consisting of more than 50 machines and production units, includes 9 different lamination lines, long conveyor systems specially designed for large-size boxes, over 10 automatic box-wrapping lines, four-corner taping machines, and laser cutting units—offering flexible and scalable production tailored to the needs of various industries. In printing applications, we provide high-quality, brand-specific customization through techniques such as digital offset, hot foil stamping, embossing, and transfer printing. Our integrated structure—supported by auxiliary equipment such as ribbon attaching, pedal cutting, and creasing machines—combines craftsmanship with automation, ensuring high precision and consistent quality across projects.

The entire production process is monitored in real time through digital systems. This allows us to carry out production without compromising on speed, reliability, or quality standards—even for high-volume orders. At GIPTA Packaging, every step of production is conducted in a planned, traceable, and internationally compliant manner. In doing so, we provide our customers with consistent quality, fast delivery, and a reliable production partnership.

Sample Support

We recognize that every project has unique requirements. For this reason, especially in custom designs and non-standard projects, we provide sample support at different stages before mass production. This ensures that all technical and visual details are clarified in advance, allowing us to achieve results that fully meet expectations.

White Sample

(5–7 business days)

It is prepared for customers who want to see the product’s dimensions, structure, and technical details. It is unprinted and produced using a laser-cutting method. It is especially preferred during the initial evaluation and structural verification stages.

Digital Printed Sample

(5–10 Business Days)

Suitable for customers who want to preview the product’s design, graphics, colors, and material selection. It is prepared using laser cutting, with digital printing or the requested surface material applied. This ensures that all visual details are clarified before mass production.

Final Production Sample

(7–14 Business Days)

Prepared for customers who wish to see the exact final product of high-volume projects and use it as a quality control reference. It is provided free of charge after order confirmation; upon special request, it can also be prepared before production if tooling, proof printing, and die-cutting costs are covered. This sample is produced using the exact same processes as the production line and offers a complete preview of the final product to be delivered through mass production.

Request and Introduction

Our process begins with understanding the needs of our customers. Whether it is a specific product or a new project, during the initial meetings with our sales team we carefully listen to expectations and define the project goals in detail. At this stage, essential information such as dimensions, quantity, and timeline is gathered, and project planning is initiated.

Design and Production Preparation

Based on the information provided by the customer, our design and R&D teams begin their work. Designs aligned with the brand identity are created, print layouts and visual applications are prepared, and if necessary, a physical sample is produced and submitted for customer approval. Once approval is received, technical drawings are finalized, and preparations for production are carried out, including material procurement and other preliminary processes.

Production and Quality Control

Once the product is approved, it is included in the production plan and moved into mass production. Printing, cutting, assembly, and all other processes are carried out by specialized teams. At every stage of production, quality controls are conducted to ensure compliance with standards and guarantee product consistency.

Packaging and Shipping

The finished products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during the shipping process. They are carefully packed to ensure safety and order, and prepared for logistics operations. Shipment planning is organized according to the customer’s location and delivery date, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in full.
